Constitutional Loan
Loan offered to cooperative affiliates engaged in agriculture, marketing, processing, distribution, low-cost housing and other activities sanctioned by the Cooperative Code of the Philippines and other government agencies.
This loan product has the following salient features:
Can be accessed by individuals and farmers’ cooperatives;
Loan amount is Up to the extent of the cooperative share capital with the Bank and/or loanable value of the offered collateral;
Loan term is depends on the cycle of the agricultural activity;
Payment may either be installment or lump sum;
Loan can be unsecured or secured, secured loans covered by Real Estate Mortgage (REM) and Chattel Mortgage (CHM); and
Interest rate on loan is comparatively low.
Documents Needed
PRINCIPAL BORROWER
- Filled out Bank forms
- 2 pcs 2×2 ID picture
- 1 valid ID
- Proof of Residence
- Barangay Clearance
- Certification of the Barangay Captain / Municipal Agricultural Officer/Chairperson of the cooperative as to the land area cultivated.
CO-MAKER
- 1 valid ID
- Barangay Clearance
- Proof of Residence
- Proof of Income

- Complete the document and application that are needed with the requirements of your co-maker
- Wait for the bank information for your schedule of CI/BI.
- The bank will update you on the status about your loan application.
