This loan product has the following salient features:

  • Can be accessed by individuals;

  • Loanable value is based on Cashflow, loanable value of the offered collateral or project cost or SBL whichever is lower;

  • Loan term is based from the economic life of the acquired appliance or equipment or cashflow;

  • Payment is amortized or lumpsum;

  • Loan can be unsecured or secured, loan secured is covered by Real Estate Mortgage (REM) and Chattel Mortgage (CHM); and

  • Interest rate on loan is comparatively low.
