Agrarian reform Loan

This loan product is offered to farmers, fishers, livesstock-raisers and farmers’ cooperative who are beneficiaries of the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program of the government in compliance with the R.A. No. 6657 and amendatory laws.

This loan product has the following salient features:

  • Can be accessed by individuals and farmers’ cooperatives;

  • Loan amount is up to Php300,000.00/ single borrower’s limit;

  • Loan term is from one (1) to five (5) years;

  • Payment may either be installment or lump sum;

  • Loan is secured by Real Estate Mortgage (REM) and Chattel Mortgage (CHM); and

  • Interest rate on loan is comparatively low.

Documents Needed

PRINCIPAL BORROWER

  • Filled out Bank forms
  • 2 pcs 2×2 ID picture
  • 1 valid ID
  • Proof of Residence
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Certification of the Barangay Captain / Municipal Agricultural Officer/Chairperson of the cooperative as to the land area cultivated.

CO-MAKER

  • 1 valid ID
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Proof of Residence
  • Proof of Income

HOW TO APPLY:

  1. Complete the document and application that are needed with the requirements of your co-maker
  2. Wait  for the bank information for your schedule of CI/BI.
  3. The bank will update you on the status about your loan application.

Records of your inquiries with us are kept only for a period of five (5) years afterward the said records are destroyed and disposed of. We will only keep records of your inquiries/submitted information beyond our stated retention period if we are bound to do so under circumstances covering legal obligations or compliance with regulatory agencies, laws, or as required by police authorities.
